Kamori Kanko runs Rusutsu and Sapporo Teine, and its Big Runs buses serve both. From New Chitose the Big Runs Go takes about two hours to Rusutsu for ¥5,000 booked online. Seven winter departures leave between 10:15 and 17:00. You have to book by midnight seven days out, and international arrivals need to land by 15:20 to make the last connection.
In Sapporo the Teine bus collects from ten central hotels between 7:55 and 8:35, and ¥11,000 covers the return ride and a lift ticket. Bookings close at 18:00 ten days before you ride. The free winter shuttle between Sapporo and Rusutsu becomes a paid service from 28 November 2026, and Rusutsu hadn't posted fares when we checked.
