Powder Company set up in Niseko in 1999, and Tomoki Takaku leads a crew of seven Japanese guides from a base in Niseko town. The menu runs from an entry backcountry day up to private plans. On the resort side the crew teaches a carving class and runs day and night cruising sessions.
Prices aren't on the English site, so call 0136-54-2820 or email. Full payment confirms the booking, and cancelling two to seven days out costs half. The company also runs a demo centre and a tune-up shop.
