Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention

This is the big resort hotel at the bottom of West Mountain, and the Family Course runs past the front doors. The West No.1 Quad loads about 20 metres away. When you want East Mountain, take the monorail from beside the South Wing front desk over to the Westin and ride the Tower Pair.
The Kotobuki onsen opened in 2019 on the sixth floor of the North Wing. Its natural sodium bicarbonate water fills an outdoor bath 20 metres wide, a cave bath, a black-silica bath you lie down in and a sauna on each side. The South Wing bath runs on Mount Yotei spring water and has a self-pour löyly sauna with a cold plunge. Both are free for hotel guests from 6 to 9 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Standard twins measure 33 square metres. For more room, the seven Junior Suites run to 66 square metres and the two South Suites give each of their two bedrooms a bathroom. Kids get an indoor wave pool with an 84-metre water slide, and hotel guests ride the two-storey indoor carousel for free. Check-out is at 10:00, and an accommodation tax of ¥200 to ¥1,000 per person per night applies from April 2026.
