The main bath is called Shikotsu Biyu and runs on the soft local spring. Both sides have a Finnish sauna. Dinner is the Amam buffet or kaiseki at Ten no Uta, and there is a smaller course restaurant called Chitose Sennen for something lighter.
Free buses run from New Chitose Airport and JR Chitose Station on reservation, and parking is free. Tattoos keep you out of the main bath even under cover stickers, so book a room with its own onsen if that applies to you. Rooms with open-air baths check in from 14:00.
