FOX Camper is Hokkaido Nomad's budget brand in Chitose, renting full-time 4WD vans on studless tyres from ¥13,000 a day, with an engine-off FF heater in the ZIL 520, Cordebanks and Gray Hiace.

FOX shares Nomad's Chitose yard and phone line and rents the same Camroad cab-overs for less. Every van on the list is 4WD with an automatic gearbox. The ZIL 520 starts at ¥24,200 a day and the plainest Hiace at ¥13,000.
Its FAQ covers winter plainly. Studless tyres go on from November to late April, and the ZIL 520, Cordebanks and Gray Hiace run a Webasto heater with the engine off. The plain Hiace sleeper has no FF heater, so leave it for the shoulder seasons. Prices show only starting rates, so ask for a winter quote, and expect the Nomad group's winter restriction to apply if you hold a passport from a low-snow country.
