Fuji Cars Japan rents nine 4WD campers near New Chitose from ¥11,000 a day, the cheapest list we found, and every van wears studless tyres in winter with a Webasto FF heater.

Fuji Cars is a national camper dealer with a rental station eight minutes from New Chitose on the free shuttle. Every one of its nine campers is 4WD, from the Camper Wide at ¥11,000 a day to the Cresson cab-over at ¥20,000. Weekends add ¥5,100 a day.
Its Chitose shop page says every van goes out on studless tyres as standard in winter, and each van page lists a Webasto FF heater. What it doesn't list is which months the vans rent, so use the English inquiry form to confirm your dates before you book.
