QUUM hands vans over in Susukino, near Sapporo Station or at its New Chitose branch, and it will bring one to Niseko for ¥12,000. The cab-overs carry a fridge, a microwave and on two models a solar panel. The N-VAN is a bed in a kei van and has no heater listed.
For a ski trip QUUM needs a phone call. Every van page says 4WD, and the FAQ warns that a long heater session in winter can drain the battery, with water off from November to the end of April, so the company rents in the cold. Only the Cordebanks names an FF heater, the site never mentions studless tyres, and it's in Japanese.
