Niseko Village takes up the southern flank of Niseko Annupuri between Hirafu and Annupuri. YTL runs it as a hotel resort, so the Niseko Gondola loads beside the Hilton and the Village Express starts below the Ritz-Carlton Reserve at Higashiyama. Evenings at the base run to hotel bars and the shops and restaurants along Niseko-yo, and anyone after a louder night takes the shuttle over to Hirafu.
The riding that brings people back starts at the top of the Niseko Gondola. Superstition drops from the top station and links through Jagaimo into Misoshiru for about two kilometres of ungroomed powder, and Zangi and Konbu are short steep pitches close by. Misoshiru averages 25 degrees and holds the steepest sustained pitch in the Village. When wind closes the Wonderland chairs above, these trees give you definition in flat light and the gondola keeps you out of the weather between laps. Many of the names come from Hokkaido dialect and the kitchen: jagaimo is potato, misoshiru is miso soup, zangi is the local fried chicken and namara is how people here say very.

G11 is a short hike from the Niseko Gondola top on the way toward the Wonderland base, and it opens into Mizuno-no-sawa. Patrol controls that valley for avalanches and lets advanced riders in when conditions allow. The runs come out through a gully to the lower Village. Guides working out of the Village are allowed through G11 and no other gate.
On a clear day take the Wonderland single chairs to the top of the resort at about 1,170 m. Wonderland itself is a 960 m cruiser above the Shiribetsu River valley. Snorkel next to it is the highest ungroomed run in the Village and faces south, so spring sun softens it early in the day. If you want the mountain to yourself, First Tracks cat skiing runs 6:45–8:00 for up to ten advanced riders before the lifts open, and Village Express and Banzai Chair keep turning for night riding until 19:00.

If you only plan to ride the west side, the Annupuri + Village ticket (¥10,500 in 2025/26) costs less than the All Mountain pass.
Book First Tracks cat skiing ahead. It runs 6:45–8:00 for up to ten advanced riders.
